As we all know, everyday life is made up of millions of decisions. Some are incidental (i.e.: "Should I go to the store?") and some could be very critical to our very status in life (i.e.: "Should I buy this or that house?", or maybe even more critical, "Should I buy this or that stock or business?"). We are all faced with making decisions! Sometimes we are also faced with deadlines, with little or no information, or maybe the information we do have is overwhelming. In either case, a final decision, using "all" the information we presently have at hand, may be necessary in order to move ahead or to take advantage of a situation. Sometimes timing is everything!

Most decisions are based upon many (multiple) things or items to consider (criteria) before the "final" decision can be made. Final in this case, means no wavering or last minute changes. And of course, we all want to make decisions that time will prove was the "right" decision!
